Seller Rating:
Christine helped my mother-in-law purchase her home when she moved to Petaluma. Christine was extremely patient, empathetic and understanding of my mother-in-laws special needs because she was deaf. They became good friends afterwards. When my mother-in-law passed, Christine helped us sell her home very quickly. We relied on her advice and were grateful for her expertise.
We already moved to Washington, when the house went on the market. We trusted Christine with all of the many details in our absence. Before we moved, she guided us about what to fix, paint and what not to do. After we moved, she kept us informed on the progress of interested buyers, the advertising she did and the response received. We were very happy with the results!
Naturally, we were nervous about being in another state during the marketing and sale of the home we had loved for so many years. Christine was very communicative and relayed progress and issues that arose, which she quickly handled. We trusted and relied on her for everything, since we were not nearby. She was very dependable, answered our questions and concerns and provided support when needed.
The staff was responsive and informative, if Christine wasn't immediately available, which was a huge relief!
Christine genuinely cared about the process and did everything she could to make us feel taken care of during this very emotional transition. My husband, an architect, designed the 2nd story, oversaw construction and inspections. We had raised our 2 sons from elementary school through college and beyond in that home and it was very special to us. Moving and selling it was the right decision and Christine understood how difficult the transition was for us. She never hurried us to make a decision, but gave us the space to adjust.
